Yoga is so wonderfully structured that everyone can find the most appropriate tool for themselfs in it. Anyone who can breathe and want to practice can do yoga.

If you haven’t tried it yet, here’s your chance to start yoga in a new place, beginner and advanced ashtanga yoga.

Yoga afternoon theory, a bit of practice - Ashtanga start

Campfire, music

Saturday:

Yoga (1.5-2 hours) Ashtanga first series led
Breakfast (tea, k.v)
Hiking
Cooking lunch together
Theory, or with the old practitioners of the first series of the ashtanga, we can also look into the second series.
Dinner
Movie screening
Hot tub, sauna

Sunday:

Yoga
Breakfast
Cooking lunch together
Saying goodbye, sharing the photos.
