 The play Sapa și lopata explores marriage in the region, addressing roles, decision-making, societal expectations, and how to create a harmonious home. The research phase before rehearsals included 21 interviews with individuals of varying ages and marital statuses, resulting in 320 pages of text. The performance delves into how couples manage tasks, expectations from society, and acceptance of oneself and one's partner.
