About

Are you a local producer? Do you run a shop or a restaurant?
Then this workshop might be interesting for you!

The workshop focuses on logistics solutions for local food supply chains, addressing practical questions such as:

  • How can product transport between producers and buyers be organized efficiently?
  • What are the most suitable distribution channels for local products?
  • How can logistics processes be improved to reduce costs and increase sustainability?
  • What kinds of cooperation can support smooth collaboration between producers and hospitality businesses?

The Felcsík Microregional Association, Spektrum Education Center, and the Kislépték Association aim to connect small-scale producers with local shops and restaurants in the Ciuc Basin and strengthen short food supply chains.

Participants will also learn about the LEAP – Partnership for Sustainable Short Food Supply Chains training material, focusing on logistics in short supply chains.

Speaker: Judith Molnár, short supply chain expert.

Special program:
The workshop ends with a tasting of dishes made entirely from local ingredients. Participants can vote for their favorites, which will be presented at a consumer awareness conference in autumn 2026.
