Lavender Festival in Cechești/Csekefalva

Wonderful sight and fragrance awaits the visitors. The aromatic, ornated field, the bluish-purple herb-hill with a stunning scent awaits the lavender lovers. 
Goat milk lavender soup, lavender syrup, lavender strawberry jam, fragrant bouquets and pillows can be bought by those who visit Cechești/Csekefalva during the festival. 
The homely atmosphere and the special event was created by the local Unitarian pastor to introduce the versatile use and beneficial effects of the fragrant, purple flower. Those interested can visit the lavender plantation, take photos of themselves or take part in various activities.
