As in previous years, the Development Agency of Harghita County will organize the Pentecost Fair between 16-17 May, which will be a good opportunity for producers from Szeklerland to present their products to a wider audience.

As tradition has it, visitors can buy the delicacies in the city centre and in front of the Harghita County Counil. Among the products exhibited by the producers, there will be a wide range of homemade breads, meat and cheese products, pastries, jams and syrups, honey, vegetables, gingerbread, chimney cakes (kürtőskaláccs) and handicraft items.
