Please let us welcome you to the heart of Transylvania, in our quaint little Szekler village Bögöz (Mugeni). To the land where the St. László legend takes place, the legend of the famous 13th century Hungarian king. From here you can participate in the Hungarian world’s largest pilgrimage, to Csíksomlyó, that originated in the year 1567 and is one of the staples of the Szeklers’ national pride, as well to our “sacred” mountain, Hargita pike. You can stay in our tastefully retrofitted barn, in old beds filled with straw or a Bread and Breakfast citing the past, and of course taste and never forget Irénke’s homemade traditional Transylvanian offers. Ilyés Guesthouse is located 9 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc, towards Sighișoara. The guesthouse has 7 double rooms with 4 bathrooms. The total capacity could be increased to 18 beds. The guesthouse offers access to the kitchen, dining room, courtyard with barbecue grill, gazebo, swing, parking place. On request, we also offer traditional food products from our own household.
