About

The Gheorgheni Cultural Center was established in 2002, and belongs to the Local Government. We organise cultural and other events. Our aim is the cultural life organization and coordination in the city and the basin.

Our motto is: ‘Community and culture, is the gauge of the future.’

Corbu Commune Hall

Corbu (raven) is a commune in Hargita county located between Bistrita Mountains (Mount Comarnic) and Giurgeului Mountains (group of Borsec Mountains) and is situated on the valley of the Bistricioara River, tributary of Bistrita River. In the southern part of Capu Corbului rises the Corbu pick (1173m) and at south of Corbu you can see the Corhan Mountain. The Bâtca Arsurilor Pick (1385 m) overseas the commune in the north.
