"KÖZpont" Family Festival

The aim of the "KÖZpont" Family Festival is not only to build community as a way of life, but its spiritual value and importance is the preservation and transmission of Hungarian music, musical instruments and traditions. In addition to the ensembles from Transylvania, Odorheiu Secuiesc/Székelyudvarhely and Hungary, we try to attract programme leaders, craftsmen and artisans who, in addition to their performances, pass on their professional secrets, experiences and feelings in some form or other in the form of workshops. In the Living Library we can meet folk musicians, puppeteers, horsemen, seamstresses, woodcarvers, basket weavers, embroiderers and many other craftsmen who can give us an insight into their daily lives.
