Traditional Szekler product
Enikő Mózes deals with stock-raising and fruit processing since she was a child. Her family cultivates the lands, while she processes the yield. She learned at courses how to produce quality products and using this knowledge she makes fruit syrups, jams and products out of buffalo milk. She is an active member of the Secler Fruit Association, Sekler Kitchen Association and Sekler Handmade Cheese Association.
They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2015 with twenty products.
