Taste of Transylvania

The Taste of Transylvania Food Festival represents the culmination of a dream shared by committed chefs, restaurateurs and local producers. Together, we aim to write a new chapter in the food culture of Transylvania. Together, we have begun a journey of rediscovering our culinary traditions, skills and our disappearing heritage; we want to put back this special, hidden region on the international culinary map as a new, yet timeless food destination.

The festival is held every September.
