Corbu (raven) is a commune in Hargita county located between Bistrita Mountains (Mount Comarnic) and Giurgeului Mountains (group of Borsec Mountains) and is situated on the valley of the Bistricioara River, tributary of Bistrita River.
In the southern part of Capu Corbului rises the Corbu pick (1173m) and at south of Corbu you can see the Corhan Mountain. The Bâtca Arsurilor Pick (1385 m) overseas the commune in the north.
The closest neighbours are Tulghes commune to the southeast, the town of Borsec to the west and Bilbor to the northeast.
