Colombian Coffee Cupping at Rubiq Specialty Coffee

On June 27, we invite you on a special journey to Colombia’s coffee-growing regions. During this cupping, you will discover carefully selected coffees from a small family business, ranging from entry-level specialty lots to premium selections.

The lineup includes rare varieties such as Sudan Rume, but the focus is not on experimental fermentation processes. Instead, we will taste coffees that highlight the natural character of origin, variety, and processing. The selection includes natural, washed, and honey-processed coffees—without fermented or infused lots.
