We are thrilled to have Mihai Toader, a renowned chef known from MasterChef and co-owner of Soro Lume, lead a training session at the Taste of Transylvania Gastro Academy. His restaurant focuses on modern, seasonal cuisine inspired by traditional open-fire cooking techniques.
