The Areo Hotel & Restaurant*** is situated in the heart of Szeklerland region of Transylvania, in Odorheiu Secuiesc, which is known of being the oldest town of the Odorhei-hollow. The name Areo derives from the latin Areopolis, which is the oldest name of Odorheiu Secuiesc. The hotel was opened in 2012. In 2018 the building was fully renovated and equipped with the most modern security sistems. The brand new premises, elegant and air-conditioned rooms of the hotel provides a quiet and peaceful stay for our guests. And dear reader, if you are not the adventurous type, no worries—we do not want to reinvent the wheel. Just pick up the menu and place your order with the waiter. If you are feeling adventurous, you will always find a sheet on the table with two photos. I will let you in on a secret: both the photo and the dish were made right here by us. Our team is just like our guests—some like to experiment, and some do not.
