The M. Comex company was established in 1991 in order to produce distilled plum brandy from plums collected in Cașin / Kászon region.
It got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for „Székely szikra” brandy in 2013.
