The O-Saros spa was rebuilt exactly after the old architecture of the XIX century - when it had mud. The construction has a special beauty: it's made of wood and has glass ceiling.  It feeds directly from the nearest source, the cold water of the cold basin has 17 ° C, the hot basin 28-34 ⁰C. A 10-day cure is recommended. The combination of skiing + warm bath in mineral water + sauna + cold water + massage is, we think, an interesting proposal for those looking for fitness, sports and leisure. In the yard there is a freshwater swimming pool.

At the southeastern end of Lăzărești/Lázárfalva, in a part of the village called Nyír (meaning birch), is the popular traditional bath, Nyírfürdő (meaning Birch Bay). Its mineral spring and mofetta have been known for their healing properties since ancient times. The mofetta has been used with good results by patients suffering from rheumatic and circulatory disorders. The wooden bath and its surroundings are tidy and surrounded by birch trees. There is a mineral spring, a foot bath, changing rooms and toilets.

La începutul anilor 1990, băilor Adorján a fost închiriat de Dr. Erzsébet Ferenczy, un naturopat. Mofeta și apa sulfuroasă promovează activitatea fermentativă, oxoido-reducătoare a celulelor. The SPA is located at the southern exit of Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda, next to the Olt river. Its 17 tubs for hot baths were built in 1950. The Treasure Cottage is designed to transport visitors back in time, and introduce them to the little treasures of rural life. Located in Mugeni/Bögöz (9.6 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc/Székelyudvarhely), the nearly 150-year-old house has served as a priest's lodge, a home for a wealthy family of farmers, a maternity hospital and a day care centre. A dairy and butter factory also operated here. The house still retains its traditional appearance and some of its original furnishings, so visitors entering through the gate will discover the treasures of a 19th century bourgeois property in a rural setting. Visitors has the opportunity to receive a presentation of various crafts, including butter making, bread baking, weaving, embroidery, straw working and herbal medicine. The salt house and apitherapy house in the courtyard are a place for relaxation and healing. Feeling House is located in Bradesti commune on the national road DN13A 3 KM from Odorheiu Secuiesc in the direction of Miercurea Ciuc.  În valea pârâului "Sós" există un izvor de apă termală, cu conținut de sulf, o mofetă și nămol terapeutic. Legenda spune că apele minerale au fost descoperite în 1766 de către un păstor, care a constatat că și-a vindecat picioarele bolnave, după ce și le-a spălat în izvorul din care se adăpa turma. 

Dintre gazele naturale, dioxidul de carbon (CO2) a fost recunoscut a fi util şi folosit, încă din Antichitate, pentru efectele sale terapeutice. Proprietatea acidului carbonic de a produce rapid, intens şi la nivelul întregii vascularizaţii arteriale vasodilataţie face să fie un „medicament“ valoros pentru cei cu circulaţie arterială deficitară şi hipertensivă. Emisiile de CO2 (mofetele) se găsesc în jurul munţilor vulcanici, fiind adesea asociate cu izvoarele de ape minerale şi carbogazoase (mofete umede). Gazul nu are culoare, miros, gust şi este resimţit doar de organism, prin efectul său vasodilatator. Pielea se înroşeşte, apare senzaţia de căldură plăcută, dar se instalează destul de repede şi intoxicaţia cu acid carbonic, prin dureri de cap, ameţeli, greaţă. Indicaţia mofetelor: în hipertensiuni arteriale, sindroame miocardice fără semne de decompensare, insuficienţe cardiace incipiente, angină pectorală, precum şi în tulburări circulatorii periferice (arterite, endarterite, tromboflebite, varice, ulcere varicoase, plăgi atone). Sunt căutate şi benefice în hemoangiopatia diabeticilor, scleroză în plăci, nevralgii, nevrite, paralizii, nevroze, boli reumatismale, hipotiroidii. Mofeta este contraindicată în bolile neoplazice, maladii ulceroase, insuficienţă cardiacă, ateroscleroză înaintată, insuficienţă cardiacă decompensată, tuberculoză pulmonară.

In 2010, by support of the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism and Harghita County Council, the mofetta was rebuilt. The old building was demolished and rebuilt as a new and modern building above the gas emanating from the ground. Thus, the new building can provide cures, therapies for a number of up to ten people at once. The entire alley was refurbished from the entrance to the Round Chair up to the mofetta, the mofette glade was also designed as a place where from one can reach by fine-tuned paths to the old calcium mine, to the lookout point at the old travertine quarry, as well as to the ice cave. Along the walkways were installed benches, tables, dustbins, the glade has been provided with special fireplaces, and besides the forest edge were mounted toilets and bins.

More, than 10 volcanic gas emanations are known in the zone, many of them are regularly used in moffettas: Vermet valley, Aladár, Pârâului Mare.  Chemical composition:  CO2 14 - 99%  N2 0 - 79%  H2S 0,41%  O2 0 - 10%  Radioactivity resulted from the radon (Rn 222) in the gas is 0,340 nci/litru.
