Traditional Szekler product
Éva Széles deals with producing jams and syrups în large quantities since 2006 as a small farmer. She uses fruits grown în her own garden and forest fruits. She makes the products with a tradditional receipt, with a traditional method by cooking în caldron or pressed cold using black currant, plum, raspberry, rosehip, cornel and hippophae.
They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark în 2016 with 6 products.
